Brief Bios of guests on "Sex Ed To Keep Our Children Safe:"
Celia Felsher has lived in Larchmont since 1987 and has served on the Mamaroneck School Board since 2000. Elected Board President in 2004, she served previously on the Building Committee and Minority Achievement Task Force and as the liaison to the Special Education Parent Teachers Association (SEPTA). An attorney, she serves as General Counsel to Reservoir Capital Group, an investment management firm. Prior to running for the School Board, Ms. Felsher served on the Mamaroneck High School PTSA.
Vincent Minotti is a member of the Mamaroneck High School faculty where he has taught health education since 1999.
